1. Introduction

Ebena Agro Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Gestimator mobile application handles your information. Gestimator is an animal pregnancy calculator for livestock farmers and does not require an account or internet connectivity.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Gestimator stores the following data locally on your device only:

• · Animal profiles (name, species, custom type)
• · Mating or insemination dates
• · Calculated due dates and gestation notes
• · Notification preferences for due date reminders
• · App display settings and language preferences

We do not collect:

• ✗ Personal identification (name, email, phone number)
• ✗ Location data
• ✗ Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• ✗ Personal data sales or behavior-based ad targeting
• ✗ Any data from your contacts, camera, or files

3. No Data Transmission

Gestimator animal records operate offline and remain local on your device. The app does not cloud-sync animal profiles or due-date history.

If analytics is enabled, limited usage and stability signals may be transmitted to improve reliability and product quality.

4. Data Export

You can export your animal records at any time as a CSV file. This export is performed locally on your device. You control where the file goes — for example, sharing it with a vet or backing it up to your own cloud storage. Ebena Agro Ltd receives no copy of exported data.

5. Your Rights

Because all data stays on your device, you have full control at all times:

• · Access — view all your records within the app at any time
• · Edit — update or correct any animal profile or date
• · Delete — remove individual profiles or all data via Settings
• · Export — export all records as CSV for backups or sharing
• · Remove completely — uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data

6. Third-Party Services

Gestimator does not use advertising SDKs or ad-targeting networks. If analytics is enabled, approved analytics providers may process limited technical event data for app improvement.

7. Children’s Privacy

Gestimator is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has entered data into the app, you can clear all data via Settings → Delete All Data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app gains new features. Any significant change will be communicated within the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
