1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Feed Estimator mobile application (“the app”), developed and provided by Ebena Agro Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. Description of Service

Feed Estimator is a digital livestock feed formulation tool designed for farmers, nutritionists, feed mills, and agribusiness professionals. The application provides tools to formulate least-cost and balanced feed recipes using a built-in database of 100+ ingredients, custom ingredient creation, real-time proximate nutritional calculations (protein, energy, amino acids, fiber), and PDF report exports.

3. Local Data Model & Responsibility

Feed Estimator operates under a secure, local-first operational standard:

• · On-Device Databases: All custom feed formulations, modified ingredient lists, raw pricing details, and configuration presets are stored solely inside a secure local database on your device.
• · Data Persistence: Ebena Agro Limited does not host your formulas on external servers. If you delete the app or lose your device, all data is permanently deleted.
• · Manual Exports: You are highly encouraged to use the local “JSON Backup/Export” feature to preserve backups of your custom formulations.

4. Nutritional & Least-Cost Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE: All ingredient profiles, energy calculations, amino acid lists, and species nutritional targets (broilers, layers, pigs, catfish, etc.) built into Feed Estimator are based on general agricultural benchmarks (including NRC and standard industry averages).

• ! Raw feed ingredients (e.g. maize, soybean meal, fishmeal) vary significantly in chemical composition, moisture levels, and digestibility depending on harvest location, storage quality, and batch variations.
• ! The app's calculations are mathematical simulations. They do not replace laboratory proximate analyses or clinical feeding trials.
• ! No Nutritional Guarantee: You are solely responsible for verifying the physical quality, mixing uniformity, safety (mycotoxins, anti-nutritional factors), and actual feed efficiency of any recipe formulated. We recommend consulting a certified animal nutritionist or veterinary expert before committing to large-scale feed production.

5. Play Store Downloads

Feed Estimator is provided for download primarily through the Google Play Store. Downloads, software updates, and billing operations (if any are introduced) are handled directly under the terms and controls of Google Play Store Policies. We do not process or store card details or payment credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ebena Agro Limited and its developer team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Feed Estimator. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from feed formulation errors, nutritional toxicities or deficiencies, decreased livestock FCR, reduced flock egg yields, mortality of livestock/poultry/fish, farm operational downtime, loss of database files, or pricing discrepancies in calculated budgets. The app is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

7. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• · Decompile, reverse engineer, or crack the app software bundle.
• · Re-host, distribute, or side-load modified, ad-free, or unlocked versions of the Feed Estimator APK outside of verified marketplaces.
• · Modify the pre-packaged 100+ ingredient database to present fraudulent nutritional benchmarks.

8. Intellectual Property

The visual styling, source code, logos, assets, pre-installed ingredient databases, algorithms, and branding elements associated with Feed Estimator are the exclusive intellectual property of Ebena Agro Limited (RC-1304637), Inisa, Osun State, Nigeria.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to your use of Feed Estimator shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
